(This class is for people who have never crossfitted before or would like to refresh their knowledge and skills on the movements of CrossFit. In this class you will learn the basic movements of CrossFit. This class is only offered the first two weeks of each month. Please call or email us a week prior to joining this class to insure this class is offered during this time)
